It's been a while and I've been missing #BurKem so much. Here we are with another AU fic, this one a second chance romance because it's one of my favorite tropes.
- as usual, dual POV
- there'll be flashbacks mixed into the present plot (which takes place now, not in the 90s)
- the fic title was inspired by one of my fave songs, I Knew I Loved You (Before I Met You) by Savage Garden
- this fic will be comparatively slow burn but I do promise steamy scenes
- I know some of the things I'll write about probably don't match Turkish student life, please ignore them for the sake of the plot
