Eleanor Holden's life is never the same after her mother's death. Her father is suddenly distant and constantly burying himself under work and trying to corporate with the loss of his wife.
Moving into the town of Derry, Maine is supposed to give Eleanor a fresh start but never does she imagine her deepest fears come to into life in the version of a shape-shifting, killer clown.
As they say, every cloud has a silver lining and Eleanor Holden's silver lining is a group of Losers and unintentionally falling for the boy with blue eyes and auburn hair.
