After a tragic car accident, Jin wakes up in a hospital totally without memory, remembering only the deceased parents and their name.

When he wakes up he is greeted with hugs and kisses by a boy who says his name is JeonJungkook, and who claims to be his fiancé.

In order to want to know more about the boy and about himself, he accepts the medical orders and moves in with the "unknown".
