In the southern region of the continent, an empire where both mages and spiritualist reside, exists. Some might know of it as the „Empire of the beloved" but most commonly it's called: Agape

A boy with ominously red hair lives there as a son of the Cartell's duchy. What nobody knows though is that he, Adam van Cartell, is a former orphan. 
Rumors of him circulate among his peers as he participates in the renowned „Royal Selection" where the next generation of Spirit masters are being decided.

While he has to pass ordeals surrounded by eyes of contempt, curiosity and admiration, his thoughts are only directed towards one goal:

To find his older brother who disappeared 8 years ago, right before their home burned down in front of his eyes.

The servants of the castle and all his guests were turned into furniture, as punishment for sitting by and doing nothing while the Prince grew into the cruel King he is today. However, there is a cure for the curse. If Janus can learn to truly love another and be loved in return, the curse will be cured. As the years went by, the castle and everyone in it became forgotten, and Janus lost hope. For who could ever love someone as cold and monstrous as him? Meanwhile, in a small village nearby, a Wizard named Logan Foster is looked down on by his town for his startling intelligence, difficulty in social situations, and his practices of magic. That doesn't deter Roman Prince from attempting to court Logan, however, because even if he is odd, Logan is the most handsome man in the village, and Roman has always enjoyed a challenge. Not wishing for his son to be alone, Patton Foster agrees to give Roman his blessing. Logan, who doesn't wish to get married, runs away from home. He plans to build a cabin in the forest and live the rest of his days there, but instead he finds a castle, where he is invited to stay as a guest. (Yes changing the captive part you're welcome) He isn't sure yet who the Castle's Master is, but based on the talking furniture that allowed him to stay here, he assumes it's a fellow Wizard. Almanzoz City takes place in the world of Feleanor which is home to ten major regions excluding Almanzoz: Exalos, Caspian, Alvaro, Avaria, Glyswing, Easton, Navarre, Krumus, Arkolath and Rusvil. Apart from the ten regions, there was the region of Iyexsorth that lived independently away from other regions that has now became history. All regions come with different species, while some of them are granted Streaks, magical streaks of hair that grant bearers the ability to command elemental power, where different powers come from the different colours. It was a world full of numerous different species varied with both humans and hybrids. A vibrant world living in natural harmony. Teeming with magic and wonder; no matter what territory or city someone hails from. That happiness didn't last. Ever since the corruption came up from Almanzoz, all regions decided to take shelter and refuge from the curse. And the very person with the curse is spreading to each of that region and corrupting it. All fate lies on the heroes to take care of it while the residents stay behind. Or so they thought. When the curse corrupted Almanzoz, everyone thought all colour was lost. Many heroes perished and some went missing. A few citizens who didn't know if they could save the world tried to help. A singular action of desperation. Of fleeting hope. Little did they know... This will transform them to be heroes. The actual heroes of the city.

He laughed, humourlessly. "You don't remember me?" He asked softly. I shook my head. "Rezial. You can call me Rezial," He said. He stood, a cloak billowing around him. His eyes were bright spots in the dark. "What happened to... - Was this place always like this?" I said. Rez paused in his stride, turning to face me. "Not always," He said. There was something almost like grief in his voice. He waved his hand again, the plate vanishing. A moment later, the shadows in the room gathered into one spot, the inkiness rising until he was completely covered in darkness that was somehow darker than the rest. The shadows disappeared, and he was gone.

I was the accountant in my father's gang, always getting caught up in his shady business. When the feud between his and another gang finally ended, my uncle decided to mess it all up by going on a killing spree. As usual, I got caught up in it and died, expecting to see him in hell, but I instead saw the smiling face of a woman with cat ears, proclaiming how beautiful my eyes were... It didn't take long for me to realize I had been reborn into another world, just like the stories my elder sister used to tell me about. The question then was, what would I do? Learn magic, like my second mother? Take on the politics of royalty, like my father? I wasn't sure. That was, at least, until I accidentally selected a class in my new system, which may or may not be sentient. I was granted access to an easy way to get stronger, both physically and magically, and a shop that allowed me to get anything I had ever seen on Earth. That, combined with the problems I heard about through my new father, Ihelped me decide to use this power to help the people of this world as the second Prince of the Eilon kingdom!
