Amy Rose has always loved Sonic, she admired him since they were little kids and has always hoped for him to accept her feelings and even return them. But once Sonic's ex girlfriend - Sally the Acorn - returns and Sonic and her grow close again Amy is left with a massive heartbreak. Soon enough once the gang finds out that Dr. Eggman is planning something dangerous, Shadow and Rouge offer to help the group to beat Eggman for once and for all. During their adventure Shadow and Amy grow closer and new feelings start to develop.
