Enchanté! I mean, nice to meet you! My name is Françoise. This book isn't about me (I'm not even in that first horrible phase of it), I was asked to say a few words about Goldie, so here I am.

Let's see... what to say about Goldie...

Goldie is a girl from humble origins who was born with the rarest quality in the world: giving birth to immortals.

No, I'm not kidding. I know that you, intelligent and perceptive as you are, won't believe me, but yes, there are immortals circulating around the world. Many! And they are everywhere. I am one of them myself. And every single one of us is completely sterile. Except, of course, when they are with her.

This makes her the most precious jewel, a rough diamond so to speak.

But... despite this, out of ignorance or pure masochism, Goldie walks through life like a normal person. It's almost as if she purposely denies the power she has. Maybe she doesn't have the real dimension of what she is, the poor girl. You will soon see what I mean.

Well, that ends my brief introduction about Goldie, or rather, Lilian. I hope your eyes don't burn in this first part about the relationship between Goldie and Hunkman. It... it won't be easy, but I ask for a little understanding and patience. It is a necessary evil to understand what follows.

He is teleported to the future when Hippogriffs, Phoenix, Phipogrix, and Morpheens rule the world. When his friend Eve is taken away to Fire Den Castle, and Kyra disappears, Milo knows he'll save them, and take care of his sister. But when his sister dies from his own powers, he knows it's time to step up and try his best to use his powers for good. So, when Kyra and Ember both need his powers, he knows he can protect them.

Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. I have tried my best to represent these in the most accurate light whilst not romanticising them.
