Based off the hit Single "Where Are Ü Now." A story dedicated to Justin Bieber and the Beliebers. Justin has been out of the spotlight for awhile and now he's back. But most of all he's missed his fans and has new music for them. During his break Justin has thought a lot about the past and now he wants to think about the future, but when he starts tweeting a special fan he met at one of his old tours he gets too attached but things happened and he  wonders if it's time for them to meet again.
Chloe "Mia" Browning is a regular girl who fawns over Justin Bieber like we all do. She never had the opportunity to meet Justin until her 17th Birthday at the believe tour at Madison Square Garden. She was selected as the "OLLG" the best moment in her life. From that point on she fell even more in love with him.
