Will she learn to grow out of her shell, or is she destined to be the quiet, flighty child forever, heavily dependent on her father, and unable to speak up ?

The family is happy until the day the mansion burns down with the parents inside it. The Baudelaire children, now orphans, aren't so happy anymore. They are placed in the care of a careless banker, who, in accordance with the Baudelaire parents' will, sends them to live with two separate, but equally unknown, relatives - in between two locations not listed in the will. No matter if the location is in their parents' wishes or not, the Baudelaires are pursued by villainous actor and active villain, Count Olaf. With the assistance of his horrid henchpeople, Count Olaf tries to get his rarely washed hands on the enormous fortune the Baudelaire parents left behind for their children through a manner of nefarious plots, including kidnapping, disguises, trickery, hypnotism, murder, and, most terrible of all, badly done theatre. ㊋㊋㊋㊋ Contains scenes from The Bad Beginning, The Reptile Room, The Wide Window, and The Miserable Mill. Klaus Baudelaire x Reader (Has some light swearing and a little violence, but is mostly child friendly) ~~~~~~~~~ Here's the gist of it: Your name is Y/n Caliban, and you're the daughter of Olivia Caliban. The Baudelaires were your close friends for a while, but then you moved away and you guys drifted apart. They show up at the school you attend a few years later, and you quickly become friends again. Long story short, you get involved with V.F.D. and go on adventures with the Baudelaires while trying to hide the way you maybe-sorta-really like Klaus because you're afraid it will ruin your friendship with him. ~~~~~~~~~~ This starts in in The Austere Academy, and may go on for a few books/episodes after that, but probably won't be too long of a book. There, they meet the Quagmire siblings, three quadruplets with a backstory suspiciously similar to their own. Together, they begin looking into the mystery that has plagued both sets of siblings since the deaths of their parents. But of course, nothing stays safe in the Baudelaires' world for long, and Count Olaf, also known as their problems, isn't far behind. Halfway between the bleak beginning to their story and the enigmatic end, Count Olaf and his troupe chase the Baudelaires to four more locations, each more far-flung than the last. But the mystery was never solved at Prufrock Prep, and it continues to chase the Baudelaires as they try to put a stop to Count Olaf's new schemes - schemes that are somehow even more despicable than before. ㊋㊋㊋㊋ Contains scenes from The Austere Academy, The Ersatz Elevator, The Vile Village, The Hostile Hospital, and The Carnivorous Carnival.
