Another day, another school year
Great...
Stella Wright is just trying to survive her second to last year of high school. She is the quiet girl who doesn't really speak to anyone besides her group of friends. Stella loves reading books and she is a complete hopeless romantic in all her books. Let's not forget she is also a very awkward and clumsy person and she is very antisocial.
Brooks Lister is the typical bad boy at Layne High and he likes to mess around all.the.time. Besides that, Brooks likes to hang with his friends 'the bad boys' group as everyone likes to call it (but he is of course oblivious as a duck and he and his friends have no idea what the school talks about them). Anyways, he is just doing whatever he does until one day he catches the eye of Stella Wright the quiet girl who always has her head in her books.
When they both meet, there is this weird tension in the air.
Both of Stella's friends go on an impromptu business vacation for a few weeks and leaving Stella all alone at school.
Brooks invites Stella to hang out with him and the bad boy group.
And the more they hang out. The more their feelings get complicated...
