When you arrive at university, you're submerged into old high-school drama you were never apart of. Your cousin, Cady, and your new friends Janis and Damian help you through who you should avoid. Although you find yourself in a sticky situation with the most popular girl in the uni, someone the trio specifically told you to avoid.

OR

North Shore University is just an extension of North Shore High School, whereby most students from the school go to the uni, but outsiders, like yourself are also welcomed (you're on a soccer scholarship).

Based off the aftermath of Mean Girls (2024), set in first year of university instead of high school (2 years after the movie)

Regina x female reader
Strangers to friends to lovers.

Purely fiction. Character's aren't mine.

(+ Kate Bishop (Marvel) because I ran out of characters, and brief mentions of other marvel characters as teachers/ extra students but if you aren't familiar with the fandom it doesn't matter)

PS. I'm not American, and have never been to an American high school/ university, so some things may be incorrect. I've built it off my own knowledge of the UK education system and google. Again, it's purely fictional and made up.

What do you do with a school full of teenage boys that the only thing they do is give trouble? You send the one girl who can make sure they learn to grow up and teach them some manners. ~*~*~ Rhiannon Martins, a seventeen years old girl, has only been two months in her current school and she's already bored. Snobbish academies, rich schools, and flirty arrogant guys makes her tired. Chatty girls talking about clothes and how rich their daddies are gives her a headache. So when her uncle, the headmaster of an all boys school for delinquents Woodblock, makes a deal with Rhi-which will assure her to study in a more 'exciting' high school- she doesn't hesitate to say "yes". But it appears that the only way Rhi could stay in the school for her last two years as a student, she will have to make sure that all the boys will start to act like grown ups; so when the school starts accepting girls they will be safe. And with her stubborn, 'badass', and surprisingly friendly personality, Rhi is probably the only girl who can do that. A tough mission- especially with a headmaster of an all girls academy who will do anything to see Woodblock high school close down, a vice principal who seems a little too interested in Rhi, and one particular group of boys. Everything becomes even worse when a start of mysterious disappearances of students in the school appears. Rhi is definitely not going to have time to get bored. ~*~*~ Warning; some cursing and violence, a very weird and blunt girl, and a bunch of hot boys.

[Book #1 of Twisted Deception] "You people don't know a damn thing about us, don't even speak." **** Everyone knows that high school is always something to dread. GPA, friends, enemies, prom, graduation, everything that you think would make high school good and bad for the future. Now scratch off friends, GPA, prom, and graduation. Why would you scratch them off? Because everything else will be the only thing that's important when you get to this high school. Saint Johnathan Pier is the one high school in the city where everything happens and normally, stuff you wish you didn't see. Everyone warned people about the dangers of the students going there but did they ever mention the people already broken by it? They were dubbed "the rainbow colors of society" just because they were different from other students in this school. But there's a slight differential between them: four of these students are popular while the other four are normal. While the four populars are seen as "superior, hot, and intimidating", the four normals are seen as "weirdos, weaklings, and irreverent bystanders". Being different from the other kids has always been a struggle for all of them since grade school, but they try to keep that out of mind. But with their dark history following them at every corner, making new friends can't be on their list. Matter of fact, it isn't an option. Especially when their attitudes are what drive people away rather than in. Not like they're complaining though. When these eight students get paired up for an end of the year assignment, they encounter a lot of drama that will test their relationships to the max. What will happen to them? Can they grow comfortable with each other? Can these troubled teens even be friends in the first place? Come along on the journey as these eight try to survive their last year of high school. ⚠️TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️: This contains strong language, mentions of rape, bullying, etc.
