Finn is stuck. He's been expelled from school and wants to move past the incident, but nobody feels like forgetting.

In the small moments he gets to himself, he writes. Writes about anything and everything as an escape from how he lives. A chance meeting with a publisher sets things in motion for him and his chance to leave this mould he'd been squeezed into shines in the distance.

But life is never that simple and Finn must deal with his past and the wrath of his father if he wants to come out of this in one piece.
