PAW Patrol: The New Losers

In this story after defeating Victoria Vance, Detective Terry Hoffman had decided to explore the City a bit more after their celebration before the Pups, Cats, and Teens head back to Adventure Bay. But while he wandered the streets a bit, Terry came across a 9 year old child stealing tires off of someone's car. Before Terry could confront the child, some young bullies came up to him, and tried to beat him. But before the bullies could hit the boy, Terry stepped up to them. After scaring the delinquents, Terry confronted the boy about what he did. But it turns out that this boy was just as similar as any other member on The Loser's Club. Who was this child?
