This is a Unrequited Love Story going through a woman's POV as she loves another woman who she thinks will never love her back, therefore she develops the Hanahaki Disease (a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love) the only two ways to cure such diseases is to surgically remove the throat infection, in return the person will not only be rid of the disease but will also be rid of the feelings that caused it. The other option is to confess your feelings to the person that caused the disease, even if they reciprocate or not the disease will go away with the high potentional cost of the person as well.

Each page is a different Scenario following the same person's POV as she relives the last major moments of her life before taking the final breath.
