This is a Unrequited Love Story going through a woman's POV as she loves another woman who she thinks will never love her back, therefore she develops the Hanahaki Disease (a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love) the only two ways to cure such diseases is to surgically remove the throat infection, in return the person will not only be rid of the disease but will also be rid of the feelings that caused it. The other option is to confess your feelings to the person that caused the disease, even if they reciprocate or not the disease will go away with the high potentional cost of the person as well. Each page is a different Scenario following the same person's POV as she relives the last major moments of her life before taking the final breath.

ᴅɪᴀɴᴇ + ᴋɪɴɢ/ʜᴀʀʟᴇQᴜɪɴ The fairy king, the ruler, and guardian of the fairy realm is said to be immune to the disease. He and his little sister are invulnerable to any type of illness that could be caused by plants. However, that all changes when the fairy king finds himself coughing up pink gerbera daisies. ʜᴀɴᴀʜᴀᴋɪ ꜱᴇʀɪᴇꜱ: 1/3 The Hanahaki disease is an illness born from unrequited love, where the victim's throat will fill up with flowers and they will then begin to throw and cough up petals (sometimes even whole flowers). There are only two ways to cure the disease; it is if the person they love returns the feelings or it can be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the flowers. If neither of the options is chosen or made, the victim's lungs will fill up with flowers and eventually suffocate them. Killing them.
