(Written before NHW| No Way Home no spoilers, an old fic)
No spoilers.

How I was originally hopeful about how No Way Home was gonna go.

My Spider-Man No Way Home ending. I branched off a little one shot. A more mature Parker at the end of the day. Or at least the conclusion I came to and edited before any trailers could drop. But I couldn't post or post sooner because of a break I had to take.

If I Remember You by breebaqbooks
69 parts Complete
The fictional plot of the following fanfiction occurs after the No Way Home finale. So please proceed your reading of this book with caution and just know that the comment sections might also have NWH spoilers. Book Updates are on: Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays ***** After Peter Parker pushes Doctor Strange into completing the memory spell, successfully erasing the memory of his existence from the world, he is left adjusting to a new world with only Spider-Man. A sacrifice all too great but ultimately necessary to protect everyone he cares about. At least, the very few he has left. The world can live without Peter Parker, but it cannot live without Spider-Man... Or so he thought? So what happens when everybody in the world forgets who Peter Parker is? After all, with great power must also come great responsibility. ***** "We have to drop these off to the homeless shelter first" I remind him lifting up boxes packed with donuts. "Why FEAST out of all places MJ? It is so far away. Why can't we go to a closer one?" Ned whines as he grabs a couple boxes from the counter as I make one last swipe before closing the shop. "I honestly don't know why. I just do" I shrug as we make a sharp left down the street down towards the shelter. "Did you volunteer there or something?" He asked to make easy conversation and I thought about it for a second before responding "No I don't think I have" as Ned nods with "same." "But it's cool that you're doing this for them even when you don't know anyone there" He smiles as I smile in return. "Thanks. I just-I don't know. I think I knew someone there. Maybe from school or something" I tell him softly as I search in my mind for any clues. Nothing. *****
The Weight of Grief by Kale_Kabbage
12 parts Complete Mature
It's almost funny. How grief sneaks up on you. One second, you're fine; you're coping well and then it hits you like a bullet, tearing right through your heart, almost killing you on the spot. Grief is a monster that lies dormant in the darkest quarters of your mind, growing stronger and stronger until you can't fight anymore. Until you can't breathe. Peter was fractured. The monster having grown too big, and without any support left to hold him up, the world of drugs dug its claws into him. And it was slowly killing him, like a sickly sweet poison that dulled the pain while quietly feeding on his soul. He was powerless to stop it. He was too tired to stop it. Tony was doing pretty good. Aside from having died, he was doing pretty good. Resurrected from the dead, check. Thanos dead, check. Wife and daughter thriving, check. He'd never expected to get his life back, that was for sure. He was thankful for the second chance. Unfortunately, Tony was quick to discover that the kid had all but lost his own life. It felt like a knife slowly twisting into his chest every time he saw the kid: in agony. Now Tony wasn't exactly the poster-child for a good emotional support figure, but he wasn't about to sit back and let this continue. No matter how hard the kid fought him, no matter how much resistance he was met with, Tony would help the kid. Still, he couldn't help the fear that laced his blood. Tony couldn't help but question whether he would be able to save Peter from the weight of grief. **NO Starker** Triggers Warnings: Substance Use/Abuse Depressive and/or Suicidal Thoughts/Mentions Rape Threats/Mentions Descriptive Blood/Minimal Gore Some Self-Harm Coarse Language Mental Illness (various) This is a heavier story, so please don't read if you're not comfortable with any of the above triggers. Far From You

11 parts Complete Mature

(book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.
