Izuku Midoriya was job hunting. 

He'd just changed careers, his last job having a terrible work-life balance, but he was coming up empty. His skill set didn't apply to many job listings and he was struggling to even secure an interview. 

Until he got a call from Endeavor Incorporated. They had posted a listing for an assistant job and he'd applied on a whim, never thinking they'd even notice his application.
