[This fanfic is a What If scenario in One Piece, and is also a Luffy x Uta fic.]

Luffy was launched from Sabaody Archipelago by Kuma, separated from his crew. But instead of landing on Amazon Lily like how it happened in One Piece, he ended up landing on Elegia, the ruined Island of Music. But he meets a unexpected friend there, a very old friend of his, Uta.

Uta was left at Elegia by Shanks when she was 9 years old, after she destroyed Elegia by accident due to summoning Tot Musica, the demon king of music.

How will this event affect Luffy attempting to save Ace? how will Luffy and Uta react to seeing each other after a decade? How will these new unknown feelings in Uta cause her path to change?

(This Fanfiction will only end when One Piece does, so it will follow Uta after Luffy lands on Elegia, and how the journey of Luffy changes some due to Uta's presence in the story. Hello everyone, it has been awhile since my last One Piece story. About six months if you do not count the revision to Mind's Eye. I honestly had no real plans to make another One Piece fanfic with my other story being such a huge project that I have been procrastination on lately, but recent events had compelled me to write this story. I have always love stories in which the Strawhats goes into Luffy's memories and see events that they had missed in their captain's life, especially with what happened in Impel Down and Marineford. I was kind of going in that direction with Perchance to Dream, but that story was not a fully realized version of that premise. Because the theme was so close to Perchance to Dream, however, I thought it would be redundant for me to do a memory fanfic. It very well maybe redundant, but I decided to write this story anyway since it has been on my mind for weeks. This story is a sequel to Perchance to Dream, but you do not need to read that story to know what is going on. This fanfic also takes some inspirations from LuffySmileyFace's story 'The Memories of a Straw Hat' and Didannl's 'The Journey into Luffy's Memory'. Even through these two do not know me, I want to thank them for firing up my interest in this story idea again. Spoilers: Pretty much one big one for the entire series up to Return to Sabaody with some bits of information from the latest arcs. There are also spoiler from Perchance to Dream. Summer was over. It's time for the start of a new year at East Blue High School for the Straw Hat Crew. Luffy had gone all summer without seeing one of his closest friends; Nami. Nami hasn't even fallen that hard for anybody, especially a clueless idiot who is obsessed with eating and wants nothing to do with relationships. This junior year was weird for both Luffy and Nami, since they both are realizing the feelings they have for each other. It wasn't as simple as either of them thought it would be, though. Hello! This story is about the characters of the anime "One Piece," but they're all highschoolers in their 3rd year. The main focus of this story is on Nami and Luffy, the two characters I've shipped since they first met each other.
