You have to help him adjust to the human world. He isn't Kaomoji anymore, but he is pretty cute. You start to grow feeling towards him, but fears he doesn't feel the same. He stays by your side and protects you with his life. You fear that he will get himself killed, and you fear that he will never know.

For years, Katsuki forced himself not to smile, or laugh. All just cause of a small, simple reason. He didn't like the small dents that formed by the sides in his mouth. It's not that he had anything against people who had dimples, he just felt like it didn't suit him.
