Ominis Gaunt takes the fall for Sebastian Sallow after he casted the killing curse upon his uncle in his fifth year at Hogwarts.

He has remained in Azkaban for the past 5 years with his release upcoming fast, after sacrificing himself for his best friend.

However, the condition of his upcoming release is that he is to get married and live out his days in Gaunt Manor with limited access to magic alongside his new wife.

The Gaunts have arranged his upcoming marriage to an all too familiar face from his fifth year, an Ancient magic weaver, the last of her kind with the pressure of producing an heir lingering about both her and Ominis's heads. A war looms on the horizon and the mixture of her blood and his is the ultimate key to wizard-kinds survival.

Sebastian Sallow will now have to give up his girlfriend in order to repay his best friend in taking the fall for him all those years ago, causing a rift between them both and old wounds to reopen.
