Decades

Bella Marie, the only child of the affluent Marie family, has become exasperated from years of lies and presenting as a well-behaved, obedient daughter. While she has learned her own morals and behaviors from the Marie serving staff, she does not have the freedom to explore the world outside of her sheltered life and develop into her own person. When her family suddenly decides that she is to marry the child of another wealthy family, Leo Jones, Bella's resentment towards her parents and the reasons for which their wealth has been built on grows. Desperate for answers and a way out of her situation, Bella engages with her serving staff, along with her soon to be husband's attending servant Taehyung. Family secrets come to the surface, but new friendships and strengthening relationships serve as a source of comfort and hope for Bella's future plans.
