I moved over the summer and woke up. Proverbs 22:6 was probably the scripture on Satan's mind when he orchestrated Miraculous. At least I think so. Why bother with fiction anyways? Real life is so much more interesting. If you're a real person and you know me: congratulations: you just found a key to understanding my thought process -...that and some cringy excess. Adrienette will never sail, but this account might. Enjoy reading about My life...Blog...Yeah....

"Opposites are not always contradictions, they can be complementary." - Steven Redhead, Life is a Cocktail In times of crisis, it is often thought that simply separating the aggravating party can be a solution to any kind of problem. That was the thought when the villains of Auradon, plague to royals and villagers alike, were exiled to their own island off the coast; The Isle of the Lost. Things were calm, things were civilized, and Auradon prospered. That is, until the young prince started getting ideas in his head of ending the separation. As prince Adrien approaches his coronation, his first proclamation is to offer a chance at redemption to those who never had a chance at a life off the island. Those chosen were the children of Gaston, The Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, and Hades himself. Adrien thinks he's doing the right thing, but others think this will only lead to the destruction of all they had built. Marinette had never dreamed of leaving the Isle of the Lost. Her life was filled with running rampant through the crowded streets with her friends, causing mayhem and spray painting whatever free wall was available. But when a chance at escape comes, her father doesn't let her turn it down. This was their chance at breaking the barrier, of once again ruling Auradon with a tight fist through the fear and power they once held. It was Marinette's job to ensure that ultimately happened. But in the end, can she bring herself to see it all through? Updates every Sunday.

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

It wasn't a love story, at least not for me. With events that began and ended with me and Alejandro. We rushed into things that was too intense for a couple of kids. We didn't know what being in a relationship really meant. In a perfect fairytale, the princess would get the prince but my life isn't a fairytale. I'll be taking you through a year in my llife. That if I was being honest, that couldn't be forgotten. I wouldn't forget the good and the bad moments and there were bad ones. It thought me something useful... This is a story of two naive teenagers that find out that it's not as easy being together then it is like in the movies. They find this out with realistic life lessons. That Athena and Alejandro would remember for the rest of their lives. Cover: The cover in made by me. The balloon and the fonts don't belong to me but the background picture does.
