"You thought you could hide from me?" Oscar asked. Candice backed into the couch and stumbled around trying to keep her distance. Oscar followed her not missing a beat. "I told you to leave me alone...why can't you do that?" She cried. When she noticed she was close to the door she made a run for it. Oscar trailed behind her. When she reached the door Oscar ran up and pinned her to the door with his body. Candice shuttered. Oscar moved a loc of her flat ironed hair behind her ear. He looked at her grabbing her chin. "I told you, you'll never be able to escape me." **** Candice Brown is finally a senior in high school and one step closer to freedom; however, between looking after her younger brother Latrell, mother, and avoiding her ex con boyfriend Candice seems to be peddling in an upstream.
