Born into a noble family serving justice to the Elysian kingdom, becoming the heir to his father's council duties is the least of Aspen Whitlock's interests. COMPLETED BOOK I was trained to be a weapon for the kingdom. I was forced into servitude to the King after my family was ripped from me. Once we are alone, he turns to me, "We need to work on your acting skills. How can a commoner be such a bloody awful liar? Don't you learn that when you are infants?"
