So after Valentine and Parasoul had their minds broken (a certain NSFW comic that I will give y'all the link to), Brain Drain realizes "Wait... I don't have an assistant anymore." So he literally takes a normal fat kid from a different universe (maybe the one we're in?), and does experimenting on her. Brain Drain gives her a different body and now you have Project X, or Ezra.
