Revolt of the Rockstar Clones

In the gloomy 2060's, a maverick tough-guy lends his private eye to 'none other than' Joan Jett (a genetic-engineered reincarnation). Their aim: liberating the thousands of slaves of the rockstar cloning industry. As they struggle to remain under the radar while gathering a team of world-famous reborn rockers, troubles pile up mountain-high. Yet there always remains enough room for a smile, mostly thanks to the people caught up in the action, whom the reader might already know. If not, you really ought to familiarize with them! ;)

Will detective Woltt solve the cold case of his father, who was strangled with a guitar string? How the heck did the perpetrator remain unidentified, despite the thousands of eyewitnesses? What are they hiding in the basement labs of Revivify, Inc.? Will the makeshift brigade of legendary mofos succeed amidst all the hardships? Can they overthrow the powerful mammoth corporation? Will justice prevail? (And will Oasis finally reunite?!)

51,000 words. It's part cyberpunk sci-fi, part neo-noir crime, but can also be labeled as fanfic (more precisely, Real People Fiction; its ten chapters portray eleven public figures).

I put a great deal of labor and love into this, both the original (written in 2021), and this even cooler English version (translated in 2024). I would appreciate any feedback, it always means a lot :)
