Before Cady Heron stepped into the schoolyard, life was about overcoming power with power, as well as having Karen against Gretchen until they ended up obeying George's relentless mannerisms in search of approval and acknowledgement.

The girl suddenly started fading into the ordinary, often going to the lacrosse games and bumping against one of her ex-best friends.

Regina could not suppress, however, the sentiment of the rise of a new queen bee, Y/N had arrived just after the Spring fling and yet her notoriety could already be seen. Something felt wrong, it wasn't jealousy but it felt like a punch to George's stomach.
