Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. I tried to stay true to the characters, I really truly did. If you're reading and you think I did something wrong, please let me know (but. you know. kindly.). Midnight Coffee shares its storyline with my book Coffee at Midnight, these are written to play with different perspectives in storytelling. Midnight Coffee was written first, is told strictly from Nico's perspective, and has a cast of Percy Jackson characters. Coffee at Midnight is told strictly from Will's perspective, has a cast of Magnus Chase characters, and includes bonus scenes between the two. These stories are set in a world with no gods or demigods. Will and Nico were both born in the mid-90s (this story is set in 2015). These are fanfiction based on the Percy Jackson franchise.
