This is a sequel to the Pondphuwin Alternate Universe of the first story My Worst Serotonin, where Dr. Aries Luigi Dalle is married to Nigel Rett Chua, the heir of the Chua clan, through a fixed marriage.

Before this, Dr. Aries saved his brother from being wed to an unknown man, and he was the one who officially tied the knot with the heir of the Chua clan. They both share similar attitudes, always clashing, and they can't seem to reconcile. How can they survive their marriage if they don't like each other? How can they fix themselves when they are both walking red flags? And who will fall first-the badass doctor or the bastard son?
