Exactly 25 years after Finnick Odair was crowned the sole winner of the 75th Hunger Games and mysteriously vanished off the face of Panem along with Annie Cresta, a small wooden shack within the grasps of District 4 hidden amongst the thick forests, contains 15 year old London and Dakoda Odair as well as their parents. Isolated away and unknowing of any other human beings apart from her family, London flees from the wooden shack in an abrupt manner, seeking to escape from the monster she deems as loneliness. However, when met with the entrance to District 4's guarded entrance before venturing through, her similarities to her father cause a sudden stir up in Panem before Reaping Day.
