Imagine being different from everyone your whole life.
Being invisible to not only the student body but your parent too. But when you do get noticed by your only parent left, bad things happen.
This is Katherine Sharpe. Her father died when she was 7 and her mother abuses her for unknown reasons. But that's not all her and her 'mother' move constantly. So Katherine never expects anything out of the ordinary to happen. Just waiting for the day she turns 18 so she can move out.
When moving again a tall, dark, mysterious/ smirking stranger called Ian takes notice of Katherine and things change. Her and Ian grow close but the closer they grow the more secrets and new worlds Katherine discovers.
If anything Katherine is crossed between believing whats not real, and reality.

Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. Emily gets taken in the night by a stalker, and Jake comes to the rescue.When Jake goes out to find Emily, the stalker tries to kill Emily and Jake is in hot per suit to find her and make her safe again. When Jake kills the stalker, he ends up killing himself too, and now Emily can only see him in her dreams. Now, she has to handle a lot more than his house and herself while he's gone because of there little camping trip.Complete
