There is no place for us. I have learned that a while ago. Not here at least, not now and not surrounded by these people. Ignorance is bliss. While that may be true when concerning yourself, to have an ignorant nation is to have no nation at all. That is why I have never stayed still. Like a river always flowing, carving my way into the ground that has given birth to me. The same one that refuses to take me no matter how much I plead it to.
The people here have always been small. They are not who this story will concern. The cosmos. The wide and indescribably vast nothingness. And this is my story, one that will be washed away by the river's flow. This is the story of the true speed of light and just how fast it can reach even the darkest corners of one's mind.
