It happened Bruce Wayne stepped down as Batman after he took over complete control of Wayne Enterprises and he decided to choose a successor to take his place as Batman. Enter Samuel Winston a guy that idolized Batman as the savior of Gotham and when he gets an encrypted message from a random number that picks him as Batman he is shocked because he was just a guy that worked at Wayne Enterprises as a member of the research and development department under Lucias Fox and now he's been chosen to be Batman. The cover doesn't belong to me but it belongs to Phil-Cho and anything with his art style belongs to him and the Earth 27 project. I don't own DC comics but I only own Sampson since he's my OC for the story.
