The heroes of Japan have discovered a new island that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. So far strange activity has been recorded and satellite images show there is life on the island. UA sends some Pro-Heros and Class 1-A to investigate this strange island.

Will the world be able to look beyond the lack of a quirk and see this boy as a hero? With the help of his new friends in Class-1A and All for One at large, Izuku's quirklessness might be exactly what they need to fix everything. . . . .
