He had been doing it for a long time. He had been running away from his fears, but one day it suddenly became impossible to runaway further. This story is about how his life changed when he finally dropped his facade and also came face to face with his worst fear. Includes things like manipulation (I don't know the correct word) suicide. Do not read if you are uncomfortable with it. Yeah and a very late epilogue, i deserve to be hit with a shoe. It's very close to my heart. It was my first fanfiction EVER, and I used it as a platform to write about a great deal of insecurities in my "real" life. So, most of the stuff you read about Bao is actually about me (unsurprisingly). 2. I wrote part of it about five years ago and finished it more recently, so there is a (relatively) dramatic shift in style about halfway in. I think the first parts are ehhh but it gets really fine tuned by the end. I didn't go back and edit the earlier parts, but if you stick around the whole time, it only gets better as you go! ||Once more, thank you, to everyone who liked this, and told me so!
