Dalaya Auclair, or Daya, is a simple girl in Paris, struggling to make ends meet. She works as a waitress in a small café shop, her beautiful face now covered with tired dark circles around her eyes, sweat, and messy hair. She has only two people in her life-her best friend and a gravely ill mother.

Along the way, certain people hate her, deeming her naive, stupid, and clumsy, always the cause of disaster.

One night, her friend convinces her to take a break and attend an exclusive evening ball, accessible only to prominent individuals. With her friend managing to secure her an invitation, she attends the event.
On that night until November first, a lot happens. Former peers make her feel like a failure for being just a waitress while they are professionals living a good life.

Walking away, she encounters a threat on the way, yet the charming, soft-spoken, ever-enchanting Aunru Silidim Hust saves her.

His charming ways hypnotize Daya, all her life she thought she was aromantic and asexual, unconsciously gets into a deep connection with the charming yet mysterious Aunru.

Due to her persistent desire to know Aunru, she finds herself in a completely different realm-the Realm of Darkness. Enrolled in a school in a black castle, where Aunru is the Master.

Everyone calls him Master.

He is the Master of the dark castle, the Master of everyone.

Daya is forced to call him Master. She secretly follows and inspects Aunru, hoping to find out who he truly is.

Breaking all the rules, she wins unforgettable moments with Aunru.

However, she fails to get answers about who he truly is. Instead of clarity, she develops more questions, and Aunru becomes more and more mysterious in her eyes.

Daya continues to win secret moments with Aunru.

And did Daya also win the Master's heart?

The answer is always..always so unclear.

Little do they know, the seed they've planted will grow.

And anything done in the dark will soon be brought to light.

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

Aurora Beauchanan is many things, and apparently being a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is about to be added to that list. With quite a few secrets that are better left untold, and befriending not only Harry, but the Weasley's and their friends as well, her whole life is about to be turned upside down, even more so when she meets the enigmatic Potions Professor, Severus Snape...And as Severus tries to unravel the mysterious personality of the young witch that seems unphased by his ill tempered and harsh disposition, he can't help but be curious about the unabashed and defiant Gryffindor who seems to present more trouble than she is worth. With a spirited character and an attitude to match, Aurora finds that blending in and keeping a low profile don't exactly make for an easy life, especially with the Triwizard Tournament around the corner. When nothing is as it seems, how is she supposed to distinguish between what's real and what isn't? Say....feelings about a certain potions professor that she can't seem to stay away from? As the secrets and mysteries pile up around her while her past threatens to expose itself, Aurora will have to overcome insurmountable odds and decide who she can trust as her life hangs in the balance. After all, sometimes things aren't about doing the right thing, but doing what needs to be done. This story takes place during the events of The Goblet of Fire. Soulmate AU with a bit of a twist, since happy endings don't necessarily last forever. Note: This is a rough draft, and the first round of editing changed the POV from first to third person. It's still being edited, so a second draft should take care of any remaining grammatical errors and the like. Thank you for sticking with this story, and I hope you enjoy it!
