No one from the group is trying to reach her. Lyra didn't receive a single phone call, and she couldn't make one either. Is there a more serious reason than she thinks? Or do the others no longer need her? They got what they wanted from her, and maybe... they're now afraid?
Will it be possible for the girl to build further the precisely crafted spider web in such a way that as few people as possible fall into its trap, including herself? Will she be able to move on with knowing her last words to Richy were unforgiving? And Jake; what happened to the man who won her heart with words alone?
So many unanswered questions, and Lyra got no one but herself to help figuring them out. And as any good detective does in such situation, she began to investigate.
