His ruthlessness, callousness and coldness is displayed, as he doesn't care on them, and only values those that have him by his side. His system, now coming to assist him garnered him access to powers and God like Servants who are fanatically and devotionally loyal to him. His powers, made him a target, but no one is safe from his manipulation, no one is safe from his words, for he shall be building a world of loyal beings around him. Issei Hyoudou, a "Perfectly Average" student
In Kuoh Academy, there exists a new student, a recent transfer to Kuoh Academy starting in his second year. He is an average student with caramel brown hair and golden eyes, flying under the radar and doing what he can to live a simple, peaceful life. Away from whatever troubles intend to come his way and disturb his beloved, ever-so-sought-after "Peaceful Life-chan". This student, is Issei Hyoudou, a known accomplice to the duo, many of the girls of Kuoh High, have dubbed the "Pervert Duo". However, it is after the arrival of this new student, that things begin to go awry. The two Peerages that run the school behind the scenes have a new concern, an unknown entity chasing a boy who just wants to be left alone. The board has been shifted and an unknown player has set the table. Along with troubles rumbling throughout the Human world, there are rumblings of something troubling in the Supernatural World as well. The Red Dragon Emperor has returned. A note: This is a Highschool DxD Fanfiction with influence from COTE, I'm currently rewatching DXD for the first time in a long time, so information may be wrong or skewed. This fanfiction will closely follow the plot of the Original Highschool DXD, following the canon chain of events (With chapter 1 being Episode 1 of Highschool DXD), however with some obvious changes. I will do my best to keep it together and avoid plot holes and issues. All criticism and advice is welcome. This is my first fanfiction, so understand it might not be the best. Sekiryuutei May Cry
Issei Hyoudou, a normal student at Kuoh Academy, wielded a Sacred Gear and held the title of Red Dragon Emperor-a respected warrior despite his perversion. Yet, all of his achievements were rendered meaningless when his younger brother, Dai Hyoudou, stole his glory and accomplishments. Worse, Dai spread false claims that Issei was a fraud. Betrayed by his lovers and friends, who turned their backs on him in favor of Dai, Issei found himself alone. Worse still, the factions saw him as nothing more than a disposable tool, useful only until his purpose was fulfilled. And so, his title as a pillar of the faction was stripped away and handed to Dai. During his battle against Nyx to free Ingvild from her control, Dai seized the opportunity, taking credit for the victory and proclaiming himself Ingvild's "savior." With no further use for Issei, Dai struck him down, driving the Dragon Slayer Holy Sword, Ascalon, into his chest, seemingly killing him. But fate had other plans. From the depths of despair, Issei awakened something... something demonic. A power so terrifying that even a Devil May Cry at its presence.

In the distant timeline, where things have gone exceedingly wrong. The Supernatural bored and fearful of humanity's population and potential triggered the infamous event known as Global Freeze. An event that started to vastly lower the temperature of the world, making it uninhabitable for any human to inhibit. Humans slowly started to perish from the event, eventually their population was barely thriving, with barely a few 1000 left on the planet. Issei Hyoudou was one of the survivors, unaware and clueless of what the Supernatural is trying to do. Decided to help the survivors and unite them against this cold, alongside his friends. However, one of them decided to betray them exposing the whole operation. Soon scores of Supernatural Forces, raided the whole base killing everyone, including his loyal friends and lovers, and eventually cornered him with the intention of killing him. However, as he dies and watches them say Humanity will be weaker than always. Issei vows to protect them as he gets a new chance. He soon encountered Anos Voldigard, who decided to join forces with the young man and ask him to end this cycle of death and destruction to protect the planet against any future invaders. He agrees and is reborn as a Demon whose goal is to lead the Planet and ensure that history doesn't repeat itself again.
