Suddenly faced with the dread that is having to survive alone, he desperately searches for a job. When the local newspaper writes that 'La Gueule de Saturne' is looking for a waiter, Vincent applies for the job. He takes a gamble and hopes that Rody will at least entertain him, for old time's sake. Rody cannot resist, even though he should. Vincent is a force he cannot resist, like a bright flame tantalizingly dancing before him and urging him to come closer, despite the fact he will get burnt. Rody cannot resist this beautiful flame's incessant warmth. It is not his fault he has always had a strange fascination with fire.
