Okay this if a Fanfiction based off of 'Another Faust' by Daniel & Dina Nayeri. It follows Bicé, Belle, and Christian after they escaped Nicola Vileroy (The Friend Of Faust).

They decided on a new name to go with their new life, Hoffen (Hope). Bicé is staying the same age forever, Belle is still ugly (less so because of sergery) but has a kind heart, and Christian writes because he knows he can do it. But what happens when they come across Madame Vileroy, Valentin, and Victoria again, this time with two younger kids who look nervous to be around them.
