Book 2 of Heroes of Camp Half-Blood

"Into the ruins, you shall delve
With two others a year past twelve
A child of Poseidon and a child of Zeus
Will prove to come into good use
If you are not to succeed
The earthen's plans will be guaranteed"

It had been almost a year, and Adrian Castro-Melendez, Nusaiba Suba, and Christian Anderson were finally returning to Camp Half-Blood, having worked things out with their parents.

But almost immediately as they return, Chiron sends them to rescue a daughter of Aphrodite from two of the gorgon sisters, and then to Olympus, where the gods themselves give our three heroes a mission to journey to the Lost Ruins.

A manifestation of the Labyrinth, deep in Tartarus, which the gods assume to be Gaia's next base of operations. Now, the demigods must travel in (and out) of the ruins and meet some other half-bloods along the way.

But after all, it means nothing if they can't succeed and destroy the ruins.
