Keith Armstrong hadn't known what he was getting into when he agreed to make a documentary about the Southern Resident Orcas in Puget Sound. It was supposed to be the simple task of making a wildlife film promoting conservation. He had no clue that he would meet the famous marine biologist and conservationist Brooke Williams, who was popular for her efforts in restoring natural wildlife. He didn't know that Brooke would introduce him to a world he never knew, and never anticipated that her conservation efforts would impact him. But on one fateful day, Keith met a peculiar young boy wandering around the beach. He hadn't realized at the time that the boy would break down the wall between species and introduce the world to another intelligent being.
