After a war that has gone for centuries, King Philza of Zariya decides to invite his enemy kingdom to sign a peace treaty. But it would only make sense if that King brought his own son to see Zariya. Phil deserves a pay rise. Techno can't get some villains out of his hair, Wilbur seems certain that's because they were trained by his arch nemesis. Tommy just wants to know why his friends have a tendency for arson.
