To become vulnerable has never been easy or truthful. Let us reflect and think a time when we ever let ourselves be truly open like a book, without having to see or suffer the consequences which could affect the other party. People would think that we are selfish, irresponsible, immature, or that we are having a mental issue. Never did they thought that it was easy to fully recover from the hurt or trauma that we experiences now or as a child.

Why is it not acceptable to complain our struggles and hurt? Why do people get offended by people who are trying to reveal themselves and their struggles? Why is it our fault that we are unhappy because of the treatments we received and the environment we are expose to? Why can't we complain just to temporarily relieve ourselves?
