The new year of Teyvat starts off with much intrigue, as a chain reaction of events come together to form a huge journey that everyone is unknowingly participating in. All while something bigger is going on in the background... Will everyone be able to go through this journey unscathed, or will they break down to fate's whims?
(This story is a result of the "#JourneyOfTheYear" challenge I'm doing on Genshin Amino, where I write a new story for every day for the year 2024. I hope you guys enjoy the result of all this!)

A Mortal's Guide to Teyvat
Genshin Impact Fanfiction / Original Work --- Jade isn't the Traveler. She wasn't supposed to be in Teyvat, but here she is-without a Vision, no god-given purpose, and absolutely no plot armor. What she does have is knowledge of how this world's story is supposed to go... except things are already going off-script. Now, with no divine powers and only her wits (and occasional dumb luck), Jade has to bargain with broke gods, babysit a cursed adventurer, and somehow avoid getting vaporized by an angry adeptus-all while trying not to get herself killed. Who knew being an NPC in Teyvat could be this stressful?

Summary: On his journey to return to his world, (M/N) must travel to countless worlds in order to find the coordinates needed. One such world he falls into, is the world of Genshin Impact.
