See You In My Second Life..

Kang Giselle is a teenager living the average life. Soon, stress and other horrible things take over her life, but falling in love with a boy named Kim Baekhyun made her think even more about herself. She did horrible things to her diet etc. which left her in unhealthy position that is life-threatening. She's in hospital and hasn't eaten for days. Not even 3 days after getting out of hospital, she overthinks her life and is soon ran over by a truck which means she obviously took her own life. She thought all her stress would be gone and she'd be happy then. However, she soon wakes up in a body of a girl that never existed to anybody before, as Yoon Jiwoo. Jiwoo looks exactly like her, and she doesn't understand what has happened. No one seems to know Jiwoo and she's the exact age of Giselle. She's so confused and soon she realised only her crush knew her the whole time. Also involving her into a love triangle.
