Winter at the Wyoming-Colorado border has a way of blowing the most peculiar things in through your front door. In John Bonham's case, his father's brought home a scruffy blond 17-year-old runaway from the Sweet Water Mountains. John, affectionately called Bonzo, learns quickly that the sickly blond kid his age, Robert, is hiding something besides black eyes and a broken tooth.
