Velvet and Veneer's Epilogue

Velvet can't cope when Veneer is moved to her personal cell at the Mount Rageous correctional facility. Why would they house her with her brother? She doesn't think she's going to be able to resist starting a cat fight, especially with all the anger she's feeling after finding herself cooped up for so long.
