Wamboi didn't think she would ever love again, not ever. Not that she had been badly heartbroken or anything, to her, love was just an illusion. No one would ever love her, not when she was dying, not when she had terminal cancer. And so, Wamboi chose to wither into being a lonely quiet girl, devoting her remaining time and energy to God, while silently wondering why He had chosen this path for her.
Jerry, the 28 year old doctor would come to prove Wamboi wrong, and better yet, he would awaken that part of her she never thought would resurrect. For 22 years, Wamboi lived in a dark sombre world, where love didn't exist, where happiness was only in fairy tales, it was only when Wamboi's time in this world was almost over that she finally met Jerry, and there blossomed love, though shortlived, this love was all that Wamboi needed to finally smile again.
This riveting story is an account of how Wamboi journed through hell, but finally managed to enter the sweet gates of heaven.
