This is poetry and also short stories, but don't look for a theme-it's like a buffet of randomness! This is my first attempt at a poem collection, so bear with me while I unleash my 'unique' writing skills.

Notes to self
Essays of traumas which will either help me grow or continue to be my downfall guess I'll never know(I keep the typos in cause I'm not perfect and neither is my story) is Wrote the beginning chapters when I was 16 Mabey 17 I'm 18 now about to be 19
The Scars I Carry
A collection I've put together of a few original poems I've written over the years. These poems are relating to personal experiences and emotions, and I debated publishing them for a very long time. I've finally decided to publish some of my work in hopes that they can help some people through difficulties, as writing them helped me. I will be adding more as I write them of course. There are various forms and styles so each piece is different from the others, although this collection follows similar themes. I will be putting trigger warnings for each and every poem that requires them, as well as which triggers are contained in which poems that way you have the best idea of what you will find. If at any point you feel triggered by my writing or by something else, please don't be afraid to reach out for help, you are never alone, I promise you. The themes/possible triggers contained within this collection are the following; self-harm, suicide attempts and general talk of suicide, emotional and psychological abuse, childhood trauma, mental health and mental illness (anxiety, depression, ptsd, anorexia- etc), death and dying-and others.
