Ella Banks is an aspiring artist. She has been going to classes for most of her life. Nowadays she has heaps of opportunities, thanks to her Step-dad's money. But just because Richard pays for classes and supplies, plus her phone bill and allowance, doesn't mean Ella has to like him. She wants her old father back, but he's in Sydney now and hardly ever visits. Couple family issues, with art classes and a crush who probably likes her best friend and Ella's got a pretty crazy life.
