Lily Taylor had always dreamt of making it big in the WWE. As a young girl, she would watch the matches religiously, her tiny frame curled up on the couch with a bag of popcorn, her eyes glued to the television screen. Her mum had always been supportive of her dream. At the age of seventeen, she stood at five foot one and weighed a mere one hundred and sixteen pounds. Her hair was a beautiful shade of brown, cascading down her back in loose, flowing waves. Her piercing blue eyes were her most striking feature, often making people stop and stare when she walked by.

It was in this same wrestling club that she met Demi Bennett, another seventeen-year-old with the same dream. They instantly became friends, bonding over their shared passion for the sport. Demi was slightly taller than Lily, standing at five foot seven, but they were both equally as determined to make a name for themselves in the world of professional wrestling. She weighed in at a solid one hundred and forty pounds, her athletic build a testament to her years of training.

Their friendship grew stronger as they practiced together, pushing each other to be better. They even started attending local matches, studying the moves and techniques of their favourite wrestlers, eager to incorporate them into their own repertoire. Despite being smaller in stature, Lily and Demi were fierce competitors, never backing down from a challenge. Their raw talent and infectious enthusiasm soon caught the attention of the club's head trainer, who saw potential in them both.

But this all came to a stop when Demi suddenly leaves the club, no warning at all, leaving Lily feeling lost and heartbroken.

Lily learned to move on and forget, her once best friend.

Danika -- She shot Martinez a look, she knew he knew English, probably more than he let on, she responded in kind, "Mi familia is coming to the show tonight, and I'm going home for a while afterward." The man lowered his sunglasses to look her over, he shot her a toothy grin, it both unsettled her and made her want to vibrate out of her skin, "I might even miss you." She admitted, after a long moment. Dominik -- Summer Slam in 2020 might have been the proverbial start to Dominik Mysterio's career in the WWE, but it had also been the end of his semi-normal private life. His high school sweetheart had left him shortly after because his time on the road was 'too much' too hard for her, and for a brief stint he'd fallen into sleeping with his best friend, Danika. He and Danika shared a set of twins, but they'd kept that largely underwraps for his career. For the first time in months Danika was at a show tonight, with both almost eighteen month olds. This is a slowbuild, but it's a goth-poly-cule found family fic. This is a mildly Kayfabe supportive - really I just need Aalyah and Murphy to be a couple, after a series of missteps. Anything else and everything else is a complete work of fiction. I own literally no one, except the OC's, which are all based on people I know in the real world, but whatever. Enjoy. Alright, Mildly Kayfabe was an outright lie, the plot bunnies made it more Kayfabe supported than I intended, but... here we are. Enjoy (II). It's all fiction - we devolved so quickly there. IRL Congratulations to Dominik on his engagement and Rhea looks so happy with Buddy, it's literally the most adorable thing I've ever seen. I am the cowriter for this fic and you can find the original posting on ao3 under the same name.

-A/N, this is in an alternate universe where Rhea/Demi is not famous- Imagine being the only chubby girl at the gym? This was the type of embarrassment I had to deal with every time I went to workout. I would try to hide my face behind my baggy hoodie, hoping that nobody would notice me. But of course, they did, I wasn't hard to miss. The snickers and whispers were impossible to ignore. It was like they were all laughing at me, like I was some sort of joke. But I was there for the same reason, to become a better version of myself. All the jokes and laughter dropped my motivation to an all-time low. I was already feeling so self-conscious about my body, and now I had to deal with this? I wanted to give up, to just go home and hide under my covers. But then, I saw her. She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life. She was confident, strong, and unapologetically herself. She didn't let anyone's comments bother her. In fact, she seemed to take pleasure in her own success. Her hair jet black, perfectly tied back, tight t-shirt revealing just enough muscle for me to know she was serious about her workouts. She moved with such ease and grace, as if she'd been born to be there. It was almost as if she was dancing to some invisible beat. I couldn't help but watch her. Seeing her smile and laugh with her friends made me realize that maybe I was wrong about this place. Maybe there was a way to fit in, to find my own sense of belonging. My name is Kayla, and this is my experience of "Love at first sight."

When you're a seventeen-year-old girl with anxiety disorder and a gorgeous, popular girl that absolutely hates your guts for who-knows-what reason bullying you whenever she gets the chance, Anna Falls has no choice but to face reality.... her life sucks. But the little sparks of hope that build up her optimistic, bright soul convince her otherwise. She will always think of one thing and that there is hope in life. Maybe even a goal. It might not be visible now, but she knew that it became as clear as a bell when she ran into Luke Carter. Twice. In one day. Second time being literally into him. -- "How about fifty-fifty?" I offer in ragged breaths. "We could have just done this from the beginning," he replies, breathing heavily. We both chuckle. I gaze into his green eyes. "Your eyes are really beautiful," I blurt out. "I know," he smirks. "Are you always that egotistic?" "It depends," he answers, pushing my hair behind my ear. I smile at him. "You're welcome then." "I never said thank you." "And I said you're welcome.
